Delivery

We endeavour to despatch your jewellery within 10 days of your payment clearing, although we regularly update our current despatch times in the left hand box on the website labeled "postage" to reflect how busy we are at any particular time. If you require your items sooner than mentioned in this box, please don't hesitate to contact us, as we will always do our best to accommodate deadlines. A great deal of care and attention to detail goes into all of our items, so be assured that we will never rush an item and will soon let you know if we are unable to meet your deadline.

Please note that once posted, We are not responsible for delivery times. We despatch all UK items via first class Royal Mail Delivery, which should take 1-2 days and for worldwide orders, we post via standard airmail which should take about a week. These timeframes are quoted by the postal service & sometimes take longer.

If you are ordering from the UK, you can choose Special Delivery if you need your jewellery quickly. Please contact us first to ensure that we can meet your deadline. These items will need a signature upon delivery. 

Although we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged jewellery, in the unusual circumstance that your goods have been lost or damaged during transit, you can either receive a full refund, or receive a new item PROVIDED that you return any damaged items to us with their original packaging as soon as possible in order for us to claim compensation. We will be unable to process your refund or make your new item until the damaged item is received. With lost items, you may simply be asked for confirmation from the postal service that your item has not been received. Again, we are unable to process a refund or make a new item until Royal Mail confirm that the item has indeed been lost and is not just late. Royal Mail does not consider an item as lost until 15 business days after posting in the UK & about 30 days after posting overseas.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns of personalised jewellery unless we have made a mistake, in which case you can choose to either receive a full refund, or receive a new item. We are confident that if you like the pictures on the website that you will be delighted with your jewellery.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling.

Prices stated at the time of ordering will be the amount due irrespective of whether prices increase or decrease after your order has been placed.

Payment

Can be made via paypal, credit or debit card. Please read our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, you may be liable for the full cost of your order if production has begun.

General

Due to the handmade nature of our products and some of the materials used, designs, sizes and colours may vary slightly. We do not accept liability for any such variations nor for the effects of ageing upon the products or materials used.

Colours shown in images on this website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the genuine article.

Our products and packaging are not suitable for small children.
